Dr Green's 10-Step  Cleaning System

  • STEP 1:
    Pre-Cleaning Evaluation.
    Our IICRC- Certified cleaning technicians will walk through your location with you to visually inspect the carpet. We will identify problem stains, traffic areas, and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have. We will then create a detailed proposal for the manager’s review, whether it’s for a recurring maintenance schedule or for a one time cleaning; and will be easily accessible to answer any questions or concerns. We will then work with you to coordinate your cleaning(s) during the most convenient time for the business (e.g., after closing, evenings, weekends, or even during regular business hours).


  • STEP 2:
    Pre-Cleaning Vacuum.
    Our technicians vacuum the entire area to be cleaned utilizing a commercial grade, dual-motor, CRI Green Label™ vacuum cleaner with sealed HEPA filtration technology. This technology captures dust and allergen particles down to .3 microns in size to remove as much dirt and soil as possible while maintaining good air quality.


  • STEP 3:
    Office Furniture Moving.
    Our regular pricing includes moving chairs and other smaller items. We can quote the exact cost to move any heavier pieces during the Pre-Cleaning Evaluation.


  • STEP 4:
    Difficult spots are pre-treated with special environmentally-friendly solutions to increase chances of removal. — If there is something that we feel we cannot remove, we will bring it to your attention immediately.


  • STEP 5:
    An environmentally-friendly preconditioning agent is applied to entire carpeted area. Extra attention is given to traffic areas such as walkways in addition to general spots for a more thorough cleaning.


  • STEP 6:
    Clean Entire Carpet.
    We clean using our low-moisture oscillating pad machine. This gently "scrubs" the carpet fibers and removes the dirt & soil without leaving your carpet excessively wet.


  • STEP 7:
    Post Spot.
    Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions.


  • STEP 8:
    Post-Clean Vacuum and Grooming. Depending on the specific pile of carpet, the post-clean vacuuming will groom the carpet and stand the fibers up for faster drying, allowing them to "breathe" and dry within minutes. This is also what gives your carpet a "like new" appearance. (Commercial grade carpet typically does not need post grooming as the carpet pile is too low to stand up the fibers)


  • STEP 9:
    Environmentally-Friendly Carpet Protector. For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional carpet protector applied to your carpet; especially in the high traffic areas. Ask your technician for pricing.


  • STEP 10:
    Post-Clean Walk-Thru and next day follow-up.
    Upon completion of service, our technician will walk through your location to visually inspect the carpet to ensure that we meet your expectations. One to two days after your service date, a friendly customer service agent will contact you again to ensure your satisfaction.
